This is the latest experimental variety to "go pro" and become a full commercial variety. Bred by the same people who brought you Citra®, Warrior®, Ahtanum™, Palisade®, and Simcoe®. Mosaic™ is so named because it gives a range of aromas and flavors which are complimentary to other common hop aromas. Everything from citrus, pine, earth, herbal, mint, bubblegum, blueberry, lime peel, black pepper - the character seems to change depending upon the conditions it is in.

Mosaic combines a very complex hop aroma with fairly high alpha-acids and low cohumulone which makes it a perfect triple purpose hop (Bittering/Flavor/Aroma). This combination ultimately provides clean bitterness and aroma profiles that cannot be accomplished by other hops or blends, truly a one of a kind and yet another “wonder hop” from the great folks at the Hop Breeding Company.
