Humle fra New Zealand, avling 2017, alfasyre 7,6%. Pellets T90

Taiheke ( NZ Cascade ) has a citrus character moving towards grapefruit. Great in combination with very aromatic NZ hops like Motueka, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.

An alpha acid content of 6-8% allows it to be used as a dual hop for bitterness as well as an aroma hop. 

Typically employed with new world Pale Ales, Blonde Ales, Summer ales but don’t let rules stop you from using this grand hop as you choose.
