Denne blandingen av Naturlig og Ren Kalsiumklorid E509 (næringsmiddelutgave) inneholder 33% Kalsiumklorid. Et salt for brygging brukt av de aller flese bryggerier.

Klorid gir en mykere, fullere og søtere smak på øllet, mens Kalsium bidrar til utfelling (flocculation) av proteiner og stabilitet på smak.

Dosering: Max 200 mg pr liter (gjelder både Calcium og Chlorider)

Description Calcium chloride solution 33% is a purified and standardised solution of the salt CaCl2 and is suitable for use in food (E509).

Chemical and physical properties Appearance : clear colourless liquid Colour : < 20 Hazen Calcium chloride content : > 33% (w/w) / > 430 g/l Relative density (at 20°C) : 1,325 - 1,335 kg/l Acidity : 1,0 ± 0,5 M

Physical contaminants: Any physical contaminants which might be a danger for food safety are absent.

Chemical contaminants Magnesium and Alkali Salts : < 5 % (on anhydrous basis) Fluoride : < 10 mg/kg Lead : < 2 mg/kg Arsenic : < 1 mg/kg Mercury : < 0,5 mg/kg

Allergens Referring to EC/2003/89, EC/2006/142 and EC/2007/68, which amend labelling directive EC/2000/13, the product is free of allergens.

Legislation The product is in compliance with Dutch and EU food legislation.

Shelf life Calcium chloride solution can be used for at least 2 years after production, if stored between -10 and +25°C in its closed original packaging.
