Château Chocolat Light er den perfekte mellomtingen mellom Château Café og Château Chocolat.
Denne malten øker fargen og gir nøtteaktige og sterke kaffenoter til ølet ditt samtidig som det er mindre bittert enn Château Chocolat. Denne malten vil gi brune til mørke nyanser og en herlig glatt munnfølelse.
Brukes i brunt og svart øl, som brun øl, porters og stouts. Opptil 7 % av blandingen.
Malt bør oppbevares på et rent, kjølig (< 22 °C) og tørt (< 35 RF %) område.
