Belgisk kaffemalt. Først brent litt ovn og deretter stekt ved opptil 220°C.

Château Café malt gir en nøtteaktig og distinkt kaffesmak og aroma til øl, bringer inn en "kaffe"-note iStouts og Porters. Tilfører en jevn munnfølelse og kompleksitet til enhver mørk øl. Forsterker fargen på øl.

Kan brukes i stouts, porters, skotsk ale, mørkt øl i belgisk stil, litt brunt øl for hint av fersk brent kaffe. Opptil 10 % av maltblandingen.
